REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Our policy for returns, refunds, and cancellations is as follows:

For All Products

Returns & Refunds

• To return a product, please ship it to us within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Contact us on WhatsApp (+919709703218) or email (divabypreeti.glasseye@gmail.com) with your order ID and size you need for exchange.

Exchange Charges:

• 1 item: ₹250
• 2 items: ₹300
• 3 or more items: ₹350

Store Credit

• Refunds are issued as store credit, valid for 1 year.
• ₹250 will be deducted from the store credit as shipping charges.
• If more than 10 days have passed since delivery, store credit or exchanges are not available.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are based on availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, you may select a different design or opt for store credit (with ₹250 deducted).
• Price differences for exchanged items will be added or deducted from the total amount.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations are allowed only if the products have not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
