7-Day Return & Exchange Window
• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds
• We do not offer cash or bank refunds.
• All approved returns will be refunded in the form of a credit note that can be redeemed on future purchases at ShopDiva.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are available for size, color, or style (subject to availability).
• If you’d like to explore other options, we can schedule a video call with one of our offline stores so you can choose your replacement comfortably.
Failure of Product Pick-Up
• We make three attempts to pick up the item.
• If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed.
